Dear Congressman,

Republican Congressman Morgan Griffith is calling people in the opposing political party “Communists” and “Marxists”. So this is what he thinks of many people and families in the Fightin’ Ninth District. Well, he doesn’t spend his time with the people in SWVA. He was asked about not being in SWVA much, mostly sends his aids to take meetings with the people. No town halls to speak of hereabouts. In this far corner of SWVA he is known as “missing Morgan” and elusive as the Woodbooger.

The thing is we have found who Missing Morgan hangs out with. He goes to many meetings and caucuses where the ultra rich and powerful are. He even founded the Wales Caucus. He doesn’t have time to work for rural SWVA. Example: National Parks stripped of funds and many workers. The Blue Ridge Parkway is neglected and tourism trade that localities like Meadows of Dan depend on has dropped off. He shows no concern, voted for the bad budget bill.

He confidently votes against the release of the Epstein files where Trump is mentioned more times than Jesus in the New Testament. Attorney General Bondi said the release [meaning the full and unredacted release] would bring the system down. He votes for the SAVE ACT that could disenfranchise up to 69 million – primarily married women who have changed their name after marriage. `

Morgan thinks he can win votes by fear mongering like Joe McCarthy. No doubt he will back Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson who is calling for cuts to Social Security, more cuts to Medicare and Medicaid. Johnson said the cuts are a must because that makes up the biggest part of the budget and goes out automatically. Those cuts would cripple SWVA. Scare tactics and no work to proudly show. Missing Morgan.
